Terms of partnership

1. Material thickness & weight
The weight/thickness of specific materials (either as such or as individual layers in multi-layer materials) may vary by +/- 5% due to the specific production process.
2. Inks
The inks we use can be 50% or 100% eco-friendly, especially for food products, at the customer's request. Otherwise, the printing inks used in our standard production process can be used.
3. Full surface printing
We do not recommend 100% coverage of the printing surface due to the specifications of the materials we use. High absorbency sometimes leads to color deviations and in special cases where printing exceeds 70% of the surface, we reserve the right to make alternative suggestions to the customer or even refuse the order in order to maintain the quality we offer.
4. Print quality
The print quality on all our products is excellent and complies with the latest and most modern specifications in terms of reproducing even the smallest details.
5. Printing costs
All costs are included in our final prices. There are never any additional charges, either for the first order or for repeat orders.
6. Printing differences
Due to the specific production process we follow and the special materials we use, we reserve the right to a deviation of +/- 0.5mm in the dimensions of the item, and a color deviation of up to +/- 8% of the color scale.
7. Archives
For fast and immediate production, please follow the instructions for creating an electronic file. The relevant form can be obtained from our website or via email.
8. Essays
A digital proof is required for every job and must be sent by the customer. An authentic proof of the final product is produced upon agreement.
9. Delivery times
Delivery time starts from +/- 3 days and is determined according to the customer's wishes, the product, and the circumstances at the time.
10. Delivery terms
Goods of low value (or worth up to €50.00) are collected by the customer from our offices. Goods worth more than €50.00 are delivered by us to the customer within Attica. Deliveries to other parts of Greece are subject to prior agreement.
11. Payment
Upon agreement with the customer.
